RETURNS & REFUNDS

To be eligible for a return, your purchase must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and undamaged.

Items returned to us due to an error on our part, a faulty product, or for any other reason than advertised will receive a full refund. Please contact a customer care team member to determine if your return is subject to this restocking fee at support@mysolareagle.com.
