Solar Eagle offers Free Shipping within the continental United States for Solar Eagle©. Shipping charges apply on additional items purchased, such as: Our US Flags, flag poles, additional Solar Eagles, mounting brackets, and all other items offered via the mysolareagle.com website.

  • Packages are shipped Monday-Friday.

Order Processing and Delivery Times

Order processing is 24 hours from your order date (Monday-Friday) but may vary depending on the availability of additional products you ordered. This period excludes delivery times, which depend on your geographic location.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-8 business days

Shipping carriers include, but are not limited to, USPS, UPS, & FedEx..

Tracking

All orders are shipped with a tracking number. Once your order has left our warehouse, a confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to you. You will be able to always track your package. If you have any questions regarding your shipment or want to know about the status of an order, please email support@mysolareagle.com.

Damaged Parcels

We will pay for the return shipping if your package is delivered damaged which in turn damages the product you purchased. You must return the entire contents that you received. The return must include all items purchased that were damaged, the damaged packaging, and both the outer carrier package and product packaging. To return a damaged package, email support@mysolareagle.com and request a Return Authorization Code (RAC).
