Return & Refund Policy
To be eligible for a return, your purchase must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and undamaged.
Items returned to us due to our error will receive a full refund. Please get in touch with a customer care team member to determine if your return is subject to this restocking fee at returns@solareagle.com
A 15% restocking fee will be applied to your refund if returned for any reason other than damage, shipping error or if your unit does not work as advertised.
Some of the reasons a restocking fee will apply are:
- Item(s) no longer needed or wanted.
- Item(s) returned to us due to an invalid or incomplete address.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This refund time includes the transit time to accept your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes to process your return once received (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will quickly respond with instructions for returning items from your order.

- Solar Eagle offers FREE SHIPPING everywhere in the continental United States for Solar Eagle©. Shipping charges apply on additional items purchased, such as: Flags, flag poles, additional Solar Eagles, mounting brackets and all other items offered via the solareagle.com website.
- Packages are shipped Monday to Friday.
Order Processing and Delivery Times
Order processing is 24 hours from your order date (Monday-Friday) but may vary depending on the availability of additional products you ordered. This period excludes delivery times, which depend on your geographic location.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 3-8 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days (charges apply for expedited shipping)

Tracking
All orders are shipped with a tracking number. Once your order has left our warehouse, a confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to you. You will be able to track your package at all times.

Damaged Parcels
We will pay for the return shipping if your package is delivered damaged. You must return the entire contents that you received. The return must include all items purchased that were damaged, the damaged packaging, and both the outer carrier package and product packaging. To return a damaged package, email support@solareagle.com and request a Return Authorization Code (RAC).
